Sydney-based pest management company Pest2Kill has announced the acquisition of South Sydney Pest Control, strengthening its presence across Greater Sydney and continuing its strategic growth through the acquisition of trusted independent pest management businesses. Effective from 3 August 2026, South Sydney Pest Control has officially joined the Pest2Kill Group, becoming the company’s second acquisition in less than 12 months following the successful integration of Impact Pest Control in late 2025.
Established in 2001 by Jason and Rhonda Simpson, South Sydney Pest Control has built a trusted reputation over more than 25 years for delivering reliable pest management services and outstanding customer care throughout Sydney. Importantly for customers, South Sydney Pest Control will continue operating under its existing brand, with all administrative and field staff joining the broader Pest2Kill team. Customers can expect the same familiar faces, the same personalised service and the same commitment to quality they have always received.
Pest2Kill CEO Phil Taylor said the acquisition reflfprects the company’s long-term vision of building Australia’s leading independently owned pest management group by partnering with businesses that share its values.

The acquisition builds on the successful transition of Impact Pest Control into the Pest2Kill Group last year and reinforces the company’s strategy of partnering with established & successful businesses that have strong local reputations and customer-first cultures.
For customers of South Sydney Pest Control, it is very much business as usual. Existing service schedules, technicians and customer contacts will remain in place, while customers will also benefit from access to Pest2Kill’s broader resources, investment in technology and expanded operational support.
