The Role
Pest2Kill is an award-winning, fast-growing pest control company with offices in Woollahra and Mosman. We are looking for our next team member to fill the role of Customer Service Consultant & Administrator based in our Woollahra office.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for most new and existing customers, so a positive attitude and ability to deliver an amazing customer experience is a must. You’ll be advising, guiding, and selling our services over the phone, as well as keeping our office running smoothly. (Training will be provided).
Responsibilities include:

- Converting inbound customer enquiries to revenue-generating bookings
- Managing our busy phone line
- Answering customer questions and offering basic pest control advice
- Scheduling customer pest control services using our booking software
- Managing the daily schedules of our team of technicians
- Responding to online enquiries
- Marketing support
- General administration tasks

Contract

- Permanent contract (with 3-month probation)
- Pay: From $30.00 per hour plus super
- Open to part-time or full-time candidates (approx. 9.30 am-5.30 pm, 3-5 days per week) – however, we would also consider flexible hours for the right candidate
- Perks include opportunities to upskill and regular social events – plus enjoy an extra day of annual leave on your birthday every year (perm contracts only)!
- Woollahra location is Shop 3, 1-3 Edgecliff Road, Woollahra (less than ten minutes walk from Bondi Junction train station). Mosman location is 44 Spit Road, Mosman. A split between both locations is ideal but we are flexible with arrangement depending on employee’s address. Note initial training period will need to take place in Woollahra.

What we’re looking for in a candidate:

- Previous experience in a customer service/sales role preferred
- Enthusiastic and great communicator (excellent English essential)
- Ability to build rapport with new and existing customers
- Drive to convert inbound enquiries to revenue-generating bookings
- Reliable, motivated, and highly organised
- High-level computer skills
- Knowledge of Sydney and ability to map out a route
